To a charming French marketplace: Fresh produce in baskets layer the cobblestone pathways; beautiful birds fly overhead chirping merrily through the crowds; the smell of warm, fresh-baked croissants and baguettes fills the air; varieties of cheeses beg you to sample every one; and flowers of every hue are sprinkled across the cityscape providing a touch of natural beauty, grace, and elegance to the scene.

This was my inspiration for this piece.

On the outside, the doors showcase beautiful scrolls (that lend a nod to the feeling of the traditional symbol of France: Fleur de Lis) supported by columns. Simple yet chic gold metal legs, and hammered gold knobs elevate the piece to give it a high end look.

But once you open the doors, a new and exciting world awaits! This is where the French marketplace really comes to life! A painting of an old metal "Fresh Flowers" sign rests on the bottom shelf, encompassed roundabout with bold pink flowers, the Triumphal Arch, and the Eiffel Tower!

This piece will make you fall in love all over again every time you see it! And you must see it in person to truly appreciate it's beauty!
